Guided meditation, Oracle Card Reading and the sounds introduced during a Sound Bath utilize beautiful Chakra singing bowls. It is an invitation into a deeper state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. An opportunity to unplug from external stimulators and to gain perspective on what's going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
Our clients listen to a guided meditation while bathing in waves of sound to balance and unblock the body's energy centers, known as the chakras. There are seven main chakras in the body. To function at your highest physical and mental level, your chakras need to be open and balanced.
