Orders
All orders received by 8:00 PM Central Standard Time will ship by the end of the next business day.
Orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class depending on weight of package. Weather permitting, you should receive your packages in 1 to 3 business days. Orders will ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Virgin Island, and PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO from Monday thru Saturday. We regret that orders that include Hemp as an ingestible product ingredient at this time cannot be shipped to PO boxes associated with APO/FPO/DPO. We will continue to monitor and as changes in state regulations occur, we will adjust the states we ship to.
Order Changes/Cancellations
Please contact us or call Customer Service at 469-519-7800 immediately after placing your order if you need to edit or cancel it.
Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. We try to ship out orders as quickly as possible and cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your order has already been processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Shipping Rates
Orders over $75 will ship free of charge to all 50 states. A shipping charge will be added to any orders under $75 or shipping to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or APO/FPO/DPO locations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships the tracking information will be available on the site or by email. You will also receive an email advising you on the status of your order.

Damages, Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to always surpass your expectations!
Damages/Incorrect Items/Shortages
Inspect the package upon arrival for any damages or if you received the incorrect or missing a product. Report this within seven (7) days of receipt to our Customer Service at 469-519-7800. You will be given a Return Authorization number that you will write on the return shipment (for damages and incorrect items). Upon return of the order/product, Regenrus will correct or replace the item(s) at no cost to you.
Returns
Regenrus stands behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction! If for any reason you try our product and are not completely satisfied, you may return it in 60 days from the order delivery date for refund of the purchase price and applicable sales tax. We may ask you to physically return the product to our office and if so the following process will occur.
To return a used or unused product for a refund you must;
- Contact Customer Service at 469-519-7800 or Email Us
- Provide them with the invoice number
- Indicate which product(s) to be returned
- Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Clearly indicate the RA number on the outside shipping label
- Use the original packaging where possible
- You are responsible for any return shipping and insurance costs. The company does not accept collect shipments.
- You are encouraged to add a pre-paid tracking or delivery confirmation service to all return packages. If the returned package is not received by Regenrus, it is your responsibility to trace the shipment.

Upon return and inspection of the item(s), Regenrus will email you to notify you of the receipt of your return. A credit for refund on the original purchase price, minus any shipping and handling or other charges, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five business
