We will begin with an oracle card reading that will bring forth a collective message that may bring insight. We will then bathe in waves of sound to balance and unblock the body's energy centers, known as the chakras. There are seven main chakras in the body. To function at your highest physical and mental level, your chakras need to be open and balanced.
Utilizing sound as a meditation or healing tool can be highly benificial to those looking to deepen their spiritual journey. Crystal Chakra Singing Bowls are used during a Sound Bath along with guided meditation to help open and clear energetic blockages in our body, mind or spirit. It is an invitation into a deeper state of relaxaton and a tranquil mind. An opportunity to unplug from external stimulators and to gain perspective on what's going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
Guided Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.
Finally we will move into our gathering room to journal and reflect on what personal messages have come through to promote our highest good.
