She has taken multiple courses from the Polyvagal Institute, Franklin Method Institute, Focusing International and NeuroFit Certification. What is Nervous System Regulation? The ability to move flexibly between different nervous system states in response to internal and external stressors. This means that when we encounter a stressor, we can adapt accordingly and recover with minimal negative impact to our body and mind. When we become dysregulated due to chronic stress cycles in the body these signs may show up:

  1. Hypervigilance - constantly assessing threats around you and feeling as though the world is an unsafe place.

  2. Sleep issues - trouble falling asleep and waking up in the middle of the night.

  3. Brain Fog - inability to concentrate on simple tasks.

  4. Digestive issues - bloating, IBS, indigestion.

  5. Emotional sensitivity - frequent mood swings and poor mood regulation.

  6. Procrastination - lack of motivation, lethargy, and apathy.

  7. Chronic pain - unresolved aches and pains.

  8. Numbness or dissociation - feeling physically and emotionally numb, detached from the body.

  9. Obsessive or intrusive, looping thoughts.

  10. Feeling irritable, frustrated, stressed, or "on edge" often.

A Gentle Sound Bath and Guided meditation will directly follow.  You will receive 30 mins of Strress Relief followed by going within to listen to your soul through a sound bath and guided meditation.
