About this experience

Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.  Grab a mat and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.

Join us for our newest yoga expereince! This class will consist of a Vinyasa Yoga flow, with a focus on building strength, balance, alignment, and relieving stress/tension! This calss will vary in intensity & speed throughout to help you stay intune with your bodies needs.  We will also focus on posture and form to ensure you are doing each yoga pose correctly.

Your yoga instructor, Emily, will offer optional hands on adjustments for those looking for more support in their yoga practice.

Where:  The Regenrus Wellness Center "A Haven for Holistic Living" 100 W. Oak Street #G110, Denton, TX, 76201 - Located in the TX Building Ground Floor on the Downtown Denton Square.

My mission is to empower others through education and support so that they may grow to be the best possible version of themselves, physically, mentally, and spiritually. My life has been dedicated towards helping others achieve their goals. I believe mental and physical health are very interconnected. My teaching style looks at the individual and their life to determine what they need in the studio. As someone who does a lot in her life, I specialize in helping those who live high-stress lives to find their balance.
