About this experience

Join us after work for a special time that is just for YOU to unwind, relax and rejuvenate your senses. You will be treated to a beverage of your choice: glass of wine, bubbles, tea, or water, as well as some light snacks. We will then transition into the meditation room for some gentle breath work followed by a guided meditation and soundbath. Come alone or invite a friend or two to join you in your experience.

Peyton Overton is a versatile professional offering yoga classes, tarot/oracle readings, sound healing, and custom artwork aimed at helping individuals align with their dreams, find clarity, and embody their desired selves. She sees herself as a guide and supporter in helping people actualize their dream life.
