About this experience

Studies show that people who are compassionate toward their own failings and imperfections experience greater well-being than those who repeatedly judge and criticize themselves. We often find it difficult to forgive ourselves for past mistakes or regrets. Discover the beauty of giving yourself the same time and caring support you would give to a close friend. In this one-hour workshop, you’ll take some time out to experience the soothing comfort & warmth of unconditional loving-kindness. 

We will ease into class with conscious breathwork followed by a guided progressive relaxation meditation. Come alone or invite a friend or two to join you in your experience. A portion of the cost of your experience is being donated to RegenrusCARES™ our 501(c)(3) on behalf of Denton Animal Shelter Foundation to support furbabies.
