About this experience

Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. People practice Qigong throughout China and worldwide for recreation, exercise, relaxation, preventive medicine, self-healing, alternative medicine, meditation, self-cultivation, and training for martial arts.

With roots in ancient Chinese culture dating back more than 4,000 years, Qigong uses breathing techniques, postures & special movements to harmonize blood flow. Hand movements generate a healing magnetic field. Fun to practice, few types of exercises can match Qigong's blood circulatory boosting effects.

We are dedicated to sharing this ancient knowledge with the intention of creating a higher world vision and optimizing health for our community.
