About this experience

Everyone can benefit from meditation. Studies show it is the simplest, most effective way to reduce stress and anxiety. However, many people miss the point of meditation and worry if they’re “doing it right”. Join us for this gentle, stress-free introductory class to learn how to effectively meditate without the stress of “doing it right or wrong”. 

We will ease into class with conscious breathwork followed by a guided meditation, perfect for those who are new to the practice of meditation. Come alone or invite a friend or two to join you in your experience. A portion of the cost of your experience is being donated to RegenrusCARES™ our 501(c)(3) on behalf of Denton Animal Shelter Foundation to support furbabies.
