After the consultation, DeAndra will safely guide you through conscious breathwork techniques leading to hypnosis using progressive relaxation. After a session, you may feel uplifted, lighter and most likely, very relaxed. As your hypnotherapist, DeAndra will be working with your subconscious mind (bypassing your conscious mind) to create the conditions for change in your life.
