Your breath is the bridge between your conscious and subconscious mind. This is an introductory class for those who are new to the world of conscious breathwork.

Understanding the breath is the simplest and most profound key to tapping into your innate creative energy. Breathwork helps to cleanse our conscious minds like a refreshing waterfall. It enhances our spiritual nature and guides us into more expansive areas within the core of our being. It also helps to release negative thoughts while increasing confidence, self-image, and self-esteem.

In this brief, 25-minute introduction, you’ll learn techniques you can use right away to start harnessing the power of your breath so you can gain more control over your thoughts and emotions.
